Privacy policy
This policy explains what data the SavdoMarkaz app and website collect, why it is used and how it is protected.
What we collect
- When you sign in with Telegram: your Telegram ID, first and last name, username and profile photo.
- What you enter: phone number, delivery addresses and map location, products and their photos, orders.
- Device data: device type and name, app version, IP address and chosen language. It is kept for the list of signed-in devices and for security.
Why we use it
- To sign you in and keep your account secure.
- To place and deliver orders.
- To review reports and prevent abuse.
Who can see it
When you place an order, your name, phone number and delivery address are shown to the seller who fulfils it. Your products and your name as a seller are visible to other users. Your data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for advertising. Where the law requires it, it may be provided to authorised state bodies.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account in the app's Settings. Your name, phone number and Telegram details are then erased, and your products, addresses and saved items are removed. Order history is kept for the other party to the order.
